  18. <p>     The card from Buckingham Palace had two choices: "I can
  19. kneel" and "I cannot kneel." And for those who can kneel but
  20. not get up again? After being made Britain's newest knight last
  21. week, Peter Ustinov, 69, reported there's "a handy rail to
  22. assist knights of a certain age." Busy Ustinov has a new novel
  23. and a future TV series, and has been touring the world with his
  24. one-man show. After the traditional sword tapping, Queen
  25. Elizabeth said, "We hear you are as active as ever." Alas,
  26. "when she opened her mouth to say something else," says  Sir
  27. Peter, "it was the next gentleman's turn."
